• Project budgeting and time planning.
• Production, testing and optimization services.
• Providing specialized scientific advisory services to all areas related to building projects (electromechanical).
• Production of application and design studies.
• Market research for contractors and subcontractors for individual works and bid evaluation.
• Training and checking of binding contracts for the assignment of work between employer and contractor with technical specifications, timetable, estimated budget, guarantees for work to be performed and penalties.
• Keep an active study, modification, and mailing file.

Β. Phase of Project Completion

• Check and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
• Monitoring of time planning and recording of changes, delays and application of penalties.
• Record changes in studies and specifications and ensure the impact of these changes on cost and time.
• Compilation of periodic certifications with physical object control.
• Quality control and specification compliance with specialized controls and measurements where required.
• Send appropriate mail to substantiate all of this in case of litigation.

Γ. Integration & Supervision Phase

• Measurements of work and certification.
• Draft Protocols for Temporary, Final Delivery and Receipt of a Project.
• Draft Project Reporting and As Built Plans.
• Performing specialized controls, metrics, and securing certification when required.
• Writing a manual for the use and maintenance of building and electromechanical installations.
• Ensure written guarantees from contractors involved with clear terms.
